ADMEA Spring Meeting Associate Registration

Bronze and Silver Associates may register for a display table and admission for one person for $200. Additional persons are $100 each. There is a 4% surcharge for payment via credit card which is included in the rate shown. Deduct the surcharge if paying by check.

Gold and Platinum Associates get a display table and admission for one or two persons, respectively. Each additional person is $100. 

Display tables must be reserved and may be set up between 7:30 & 8:00 AM CDT. Displays will be open from 8:00 until 9:00 AM, during a mid-morning break from 10:00 until 10:30, and during the lunch hour after you eat.

All attendees must be registered. If possible, please register the first person who will attend, followed by all others added as guests. All guest registrations will produce an invoice for extra persons, but we will void those that do not apply to your membership level.

If the Administrator/Bundle Coordinator registers in order to facilitate payment but will not attend, thank you. Please email AL_DME_Association@outlook.com to advise who will attend and we'll adjust our records accordingly.
