PROVIDER MEMBERS

Provider member annual dues are $400 per company and may be paid by check or online by credit card*. (American Express, Visa or MasterCard) This is the only membership level available to organizations that deliver care in the home. *there is a 4% surcharge for payment by credit card

ASSOCIATE MEMBERS

Associate Members (vendors) annual dues are payable in full when joining and prorated upon renewal in January.Display tables for Bronze and Silver associates (or registration fees for one-day meetings) are currently $200 per meeting, including admission for one person.

Associates may choose from four categories, as follows:

BRONZE

Annual dues $400

Company listing in Associate Directory on web site
Access to ADMEA Regular Membership List
Subscription to electronic news broadcasts, blog and forums (up to two persons)
Member rates for advertising, sponsorships and registration fees
Opportunity to run for a position on the Board of Directors

SILVER

Annual dues $850

Same as Bronze, PLUS

Free table top display at the annual meeting, including admission for one person
Two press releases/new product announcements per year (sent by ADMEA)

GOLD

Annual dues $1,500

Same as Bronze, PLUS

Free table top display at up to two meetings per year, including admission for two persons.
Free quarterly ad/press release/product announcements

PLATINUM

Annual dues $2,500

Same as Bronze, PLUS

Free table top display at up to three meetings per year, including admission for three persons
Free monthly ad/press release/product announcements
Right of first choice to any future opportunities for promotion or recognition

Platinum Associate - $2,600.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 12 members) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Vendors who primarily sell products or services to HME providers may choose to be Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum Associates.

Provider Member - $416.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Provider membership applies to all entities whose primary business is the retail sale of home medical equipment and supplies. Vendors who primarily sell equipment or services to providers may choose Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum membership levels.

Silver Associate - $884.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 6 members) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Vendors who primarily sell products or services to HME providers may choose to be Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum Associates.

Associate dues are payable annually on a calendar year basis, with the entire amount due from new members when joining and prorated on renewal.
