Annual Meeting Bronze Associates – $624.00
Annual Meeting Gold Associates
Register Gold Associates and one or two persons; additional persons will be billed at $104 per person. ALL ATTENDEES MUST REGISTER.
Annual Meeting Platinum Associates
Register Platinum Associates and up to three attendees; additional attendees may register for $104 per person. ALL ATTENDEES MUST REGISTER.
Annual Meeting Silver Associates
Register Silver Associates for one attendee; additional persons must be registered as guests at $104 per person

Associate members register here for the 2024 Annual Meeting & Convention, the program with the highest attendance and greatest number of exhibit hours for the year. Silver members can send one person, Gold members two, and Platinum members three, with additional persons being $104 each. Please register second or additional persons as guests and we'll bill you the appropriate amount.

Set up in the Amazon Room at the Embassy Suites BHM-Hoover between 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM on Tuesday, January 9, 2024. Exhibits will be open from 12:30 until 1:30 PM, 3:00 until 3:30 PM, and there will be a reception in the exhibit area from 4:30 until 6:30 PM. (Additional exhibit time on Wednesday will be decided by a poll of participating exhibitors.)
