Registration

Bronze Associate Registration – $208.00
The fee of $200 includes a display table and admission for one person. Additional persons must be registered as guests. The invoice produced will include a surcharge for paying via credit card. Deduct the surcharge if paying by check.
Bronze Member, No Display – $208.00
Bronze members who wish to attend the meeting but not display are requested to register here. The fee is $200 for the first person plus $100 for each additional person. Register additional persons as guests. The invoice will include a 4% surcharge for paying via credit card. Deduct the surcharge if paying by check.
Silver, Gold, Platinum Registration
A display is included in your dues, plus admission for one person (Silver), two persons (Gold), or three persons (Platinum). Additional persons should be registered as guests. If you register more guests than the number allotted for your membership level, we will bill you.

Registration is closed

Information will be added as the program is developed. Bronze Associates may register for a display table and admission for one person for $200. Additional persons are $100 each. There is a 4% surcharge for payment via credit card which is included in the rate shown. Deduct the surcharge if paying by check.

Silver, Gold, and Platinum Associates get a display table and admission for one, two or three persons, respectively. Each additional person is $100. Even though there is no charge, registration is required. We must know who is attending, in advance.
