Associate Members & Guests
Silver, Gold, and Platinum Associates must register to attend, even though the fee is included in your dues. If you are bringing more attendees than you membership level includes, please register each additional person as a guest.

The 2023 Annual Meeting & Convention will follow the format that proved so successful last year. You may move in between 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM on Tuesday. There will be exhibit time during breaks on Tuesday afternoon, a reception in the exhibit hall Tuesday night, and exhibit time Wednesday morning and during breaks.

This is always the best attended meeting of the year and our members are survivors who appreciate your contributions to the success of our association. If you can only attend one meeting during the year, this should be the one.

Silver Associates are entitled to one attendee, Gold two, and Platinum three. Additional attendees are $100 per person and should be registered as guests, at the same time as the first registrant, if possible. The fees shown on the invoice include a 4% surcharge for payment by credit card. Subtract that fee if paying by check.
