Summer Meeting Associate Registration

ADMEA's summer meeting offers display opportunities to all associate members. See many customers/prospects in one day in a comfortable setting. Display set-up from 7:30 to 8:00 AM, displays open from 8:00 until 9:00 AM, 10:00 until 10:30, and during lunch.

If you are the first from your company to register, please register all staff attending as guests. (Gold & Platinum members, If not covered by your membership level, we will bill you for extras.)

To make a big impression, consider sponsoring lunch, the break, or the A/V equipment. (To cover cost increases, we will permit two sponsor in each category.) Sponsors are recognized in promotion materials, beginning immediately after registering, plus on slides and from the podium during the meeting, and in reports following the event. Members appreciate sponsors making it possible to maintain low registration fees without sacrificing amenities.
