Annual (Winter) Meeting Provider Registration

The Annual Meeting is just like all other quarterly meetings except that we add a short business meeting which includes the election of all offices and five directors. Candidates for an office must have served a term on the Board of Directors. Candidates for Director must have been active members, defined as attending meetings, for at least one full year.

Our program will include presentations by and about Medicare Advantage plans plus VGM's Mark Higley, one of our most popular speakers. Mark has already got more information than you would believe on the outcome of Medicare bidding and can give every provider information that will be useful for planning purposes and for bidders, some clues about how you have fared.

We will also elect officers and half of the Board of Directors at this meeting and get a report on the association's condition and plans.

There is a room block at the Embassy Suites—$129++ for a standard suite. It is available the day before and the day after using the reservation code ADM via any reservation method.
