This special meeting begins with a Customer Service Presentation by Louis Feuer, with an emphasis on how to handle complaints, and continues with a series of significant updates. We will cover Medicare, (including the Jurisdiction C Council and the NSCAC, as well as Surety Bonds), Medicaid, (including EDS and AQAF, with PT/Evaluator Cathy Carver as our special guest), Blue Cross, the Licensure Board and more.
