Bronze & Silver Associates Display – $200.00
Includes table and admission for one person for Bronze and two persons for Silver associates to the entire program.

Additional persons may register for $75 per person.
Gold & Platinum Associates Display
Includes table and admission for three persons for Gold and four persons for Platinum associates to the entire program.

Additional persons can register for $75 per person.

Our last meeting drew the best crowd we have had for a very long time, and the spring meeting could be even better. The program includes VGM's Mark Higley presenting on Medicare bidding, and we hope to invite all previous Birmingham CBA bidders to attend, member or not.

Non-members may be invited to attend for free and we would appreciate your help in identifying them. If you know bid winners, please send us contact information so we can invite them. If you would like to extend a personal invitation to your customers, we have an attractive handout/postcard that is available for the asking. Tell us how many you need and where to mail them.

Display table are available at 7:30 AM, and open to members from 8:00—9:00 AM plus a mid-morning coffee break. Tables are $200 for Bronze and Silver Associates, including admission for one person for Bronze and two persons for Silver associates.

Tables are free—but must be claimed promptly—for Gold and Platinum associates, including three persons for Gold and four persons for Platinum associates.

Additional staff may register for $75 per person. All registrants are welcome to attend all sessions, including lunch.

Sponsorship are available to all associates, whether you attend or not, with each going to the first to register for it.

We have a room block at the Embassy Suites for $129. The number of rooms is limited and the block expires on April 24, 2019. Use the reservation code CESADM via any registration method for a standard room on Tuesday night, May 7th. If you need additional nights or have other special needs, please call our Embassy Suites hostess, Emily Busbin on her direct number, 205-769-3849, and she will do her best to accommodate your needs.
