Bronze Associates – $600.00
Rate includes 2 persons. Additional persons $50 each, limit 6 total
Gold Associate
Booth & 3 people included in membership; additional persons are $50 each, limit 6.
Platinum Associate
Booth & 4 persons included in membership; additional persons are $50 each. Limit 6 persons
Silver Associate
Booth & two people included in membership; extra persons $50 ea.

Associate Members may register for a booth at the 2011 Southeastern HME Convention by completing this form.

Bronze members who upgrade to Silver, Gold or Platinum levels by April 30, 2011 may pay only the difference in dues; for example, upgrade from Bronze to Silver for $600, and register for a booth for free. After May 1, 2011, the fee will be $650 for a booth, on a space-available basis.

Silver, Gold and Platinum members are entitled to a booth as part of their annual dues, and may register for free, provided that renewals are paid on time.

Since this is not likely to be clear to most registrants, we will invoice any amounts due after you register.
