Bronze & Silver Associates Display – $200.00
Includes table and admission for one person for Bronze and two persons for Silver associates to the entire program.

Additional persons may register for $75 per person.
Gold & Platinum Associates Display
Includes table and admission for three persons for Gold and four persons for Platinum associates to the entire program.

Additional persons can register for $75 per person.
Single or additional person registration – $75.00
Sponsor A/V – $500.00
Get credit for providing the audiovisual equipment required to present the program!
Sponsor Break – $250.00
Get credit for upgrading the coffee break to include snacks!
Sponsor Lunch – $750.00
Get credit for upgrading lunch from baloney sandwiches to a delicious hot lunch with all the trimmings!
Sponsor Speaker – $500.00
Get credit for making it possible for the keynote speaker to participate in the program!

Registration is closed

Our Fall Meeting, which will cover topics not covered at Medtrade, including all local issues, offers opportunities for displays and sponsorships that can help cement existing relationships and open doors for establishing new ones.

Display table are available at 7:30 AM, and open to members from 8:00—9:00 AM plus a mid-morning coffee break. Tables are $200 for Bronze and Silver Associates, including admission for one person for Bronze and two persons for Silver associates.

Tables are free—but must be claimed promptly—for Gold and Platinum associates, including three persons for Gold and four persons for Platinum associates.

Additional staff may register for $75 per person. All registrants are welcome to attend all sessions, including lunch.

Sponsorship are available to all associates, whether you attend or not, with each going to the first to register for it.
