Annual Meeting Associate Registration

Registration

  • Dues or display fees cover admission for one Bronze member, two Silver members, three Gold members and four Platinum members. Additional persons are admitted for $75 per person.

Registration is closed

Display tables are available only to Associate members. Tables may be set up at 7:30 AM. Displays should be open from 8:00 until 9:00 AM, 10:00 until 10:30, and after lunch. You may leave them up until the meeting concludes at (or about) 3:30 PM, or leave any time after lunch.


Tables are free for Gold & Platinum Associates, including three or four persons, respectively. The fee for Bronze and Silver Associates is $200, including admission for one or two persons, respectively.


Sponsorships are available, as follows:


Coffee Break = $250; Lunch = $750;

A/V Equipment = $500


Any may be divided in half by associates; work it out yourselves and tell us how to split the billing.
