Registration

Associates-No Display – $75.00
Admission to the entire program for Associate members who do not display and for additional staff
Display for Bronze & Silver Associates – $200.00
Bronze & Silver Associates can get a display table and admission for one for $200. Additional persons are $75 each. (Register additional staff under Associates-No Display)
Display for Gold & Platinum Associates
Gold Associates get a table and admission for two at no additional charge. It is included in your dues payment.

Although we don't know what effect the Medicare rate cuts will have on attendance, our recent convention drew the largest crowd in maybe ten years. At the least, you can count on seeing survivors at this meeting!
