Southeastern HME Convention

Registering for this convention indicates that you understand and accept the following:

• ·        Admission to all events, including exhibits, will require a name badge, except for the Welcome Reception on Thursday evening. Guests not involved in the business may visit the exhibits at no charge, but they must be registered, and only one is permitted per registered attendee. Children are welcome at all social events, but may not attend general sessions or the exhibits.
• ·        While ADMEA sponsors the Southeastern HME Convention, admission is open to any home medical equipment supplier. No membership is required, and the rates are the same for everyone. After registering one person from a company, all employees of that company, from any location, may register at the reduced rate.
• ·        Registration for exhibits only is not available. Admission is available only to registrants and guests (spouses or significant others) who are not involved in the business. All company employees must be registered to attend any event.
• ·        Dress for the entire event is resort casual. Neckties are subject to forcible removal, sometimes via scissors. Please save swimwear for the pool or beach.
• ·        Our new venue provides a wide selection of room types, including several condos. It will be more convenient than ever to bring your entire family and still stay in the most convenient location, where the meetings will be held. The rates are very reasonable, the rooms are fabulous, and there are dozens of restaurants, shops, and all kinds of entertainment, all within a comfortable walking distance. You are responsible for making your own room reservations, and our special rates will not be available after our block sells out or we reach the cut-off date, whichever comes first. • ·        Children’s programs are available at the hotel during business hours, and we will provide our traditional “Pirate Adventure” on Friday night. (Separate registration will be required.)
• ·         The producer (Association Services LLC, Birmingham, Alabama) and the sponsoring organization (ADMEA) reserve the right to decline admission to all or any part of the program for any reason, including apparent intoxication or disruptive behavior.
