Exhibit at the SE HME Convention

To register for a booth at the Southeastern HME Convention, sponsored by ADMEA, you must be an Associate Member at the Silver, Gold or Platinum level.

Bronze level members may register for a booth by paying an additional $600, which will also elevate your membership level to Silver.

To reserve your booth(s), complete this form. If you have already paid dues at the Silver level or above, no additional payment is due, unless you wish to purchase additional booths at $400 each. Otherwise, you will owe $600, which you may pay on line via credit card. An invoice is available on request.
